Had to deal with a return and warranty issue, and it went way smoother than I expected. They got it sorted fast and didn’t make it a hassle. Really appreciated how easy the whole process was...
"Way brighter than my old bulbs, even if I almost stuck with my usual brand"
I grabbed a kit from xenonhids.com after going back and forth for a while, because I’ve usually stuck with the same bulb brand for years and wasn’t sure I wanted to switch. though, these ended up being a big upgrade. The brightness is way better than my old bulbs, and driving at night feels a lot less stressful now. They turn on quickly, no flickering so far, and the install was straightforward. I’ve had them in for a few weeks now and they’re still working great with no issues. Kind of hate to admit it since I was loyal to my old brand, but I’m really happy with these.

"It did show up a little later..."
It did show up a little later than I was expecting, which was kind of annoying, but it still got here in one piece and everything was fine. Not the fastest shipping experience, but not a disaster either.

"Fit guide didn’t match my car"
I ordered the bulbs the site said were supposed to fit my car, but once I tried putting them in, they just didn’t line up and the plugs weren’t the same. I even went back and checked my vehicle info again, and it still pointed me to the same kit, so... yeah, not sure what happened there. Shipping was fine enough, but the fitment guide seems wrong. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I already had the exact part number myself.

"Ordering turned into more of a hassle than it should’ve been"
I was just trying to order the right kit, but the site was clunky on my phone and it took way longer than expected to find what I needed. Checkout technically worked, but it didn’t feel smooth at all, and I kept having to go back and double check things because the pages were confusing. The most frustrating part was that when I tried to get help, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. Everyone kind of pointed me somewhere else instead of just helping me sort it out

"Fast reply and helpful support"
and I had an issue with my order, so I messaged Xenon HIDs not expecting to hear back that quickly.
They replied the same day and actually took the time to answer my questions instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. The person I spoke with was clear and helped me figure out what I needed.
Everything got sorted out fast, which I really appreciated. Overall, the customer service was helpful and easy to deal with
